The cultural sector is a hub for powerful creative thinkers and innovators who work with their communities to make change happen. The Creative Climate Accelerator (CCA) programme provides training for participants nominated by a supporting NPO or IPSO to raise ambition for a creative climate project. It equips them with the skills and understanding to translate knowledge into action, and to act as agents of change in the sector.

This programme supports participants to step into climate leadership, with a particular focus on people who are underrepresented in the sector.

The six part, free online training programme took place on April – May 2024. The final session was a one-day in-person workshop and networking opportunity.
