In this episode of Green Heritage Futures, Krystyna Swiderska talks about the concept of Indigenous biocultural heritage, a concept which was developed in collaboration with the Peruvian NGO ‘ANDES’ (Association for Nature and Sustainable Development) in 2005.
Krystyna is a Principal Researcher focusing on agriculture, biodiversity and natural resources at the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED). IIED’s current work on Indigenous Biocultural Heritage is funded by the British Academy.
