Cultura Circular was a capacity-building programme for arts and culture festivals across Latin America and the Caribbean. Julie’s Bicycle delivered the programme’s capacity-building activities with support from British Council Americas, connecting festivals in shared climate action — building knowledge, forging partnerships, and putting culture at the heart of the climate crisis response.
