OPPORTUNITY: Perform with Climate Live (Crystal Palace Park)
Want to perform at a major show this summer while supporting climate and social justice action? Climate Live are looking for emerging UK-based artists and DJs to perform on their solar-powered bus stage at Crystal Palace Park, alongside acts including Kneecap, The Mary Wallopers, Biig Piig and Fat Dog. Open to artists aged 16+ working across hip hop, rap, punk, indie and more. Priority is given to underrepresented voices. Expenses covered (no performance fee). Apply by 3 May.
OPPORTUNITY: Changing Climate Narratives (Climate Spring x TorinoFilmLab)
Are you a development executive, commissioner or script editor looking to tell impactful climate stories? Climate Spring and TorinoFilmLab have opened applications for their Changing Climate Narratives online programme. This 8-week course explores how to craft engaging climate stories across genres (without preaching or oversimplifying) through expert sessions, case studies and one-to-one support. Apply by 15 June 2026.
RESOURCE: National Emergency Briefing (NEB) – A UK-wide public information initiative supporting local screenings of a new climate and nature film, with free resources, guidance and materials available to help groups host their own events.
RESOURCE: New UK-wide partnership to support community-led climate action. A seven-year Climate Action Fund Learning and Support Partnership, commissioned by The National Lottery Community Fund, will connect over 130 grassroots projects across the UK. Led by Arup with partners including Innovation Unit, Creature & Co. and University of Leeds, it will offer shared learning, collaboration and communications support to strengthen community-led climate action and amplify impact nationwide.
