• Setting a new baseline year which included measuring Scope 3 emissions for the first time
• Focusing first on reducing international travel, as that was one of their biggest emissions sources
• Narrowing down to four main priorities: their building, incl. energy, servers and heating; procurement; organisational change; and Watershed’s projects and collective community action.
