What is the cc tools badge?
The CC Tools Badge is for organisations who have reported their carbon footprint to us, and shared their reflections on their impact through Beyond Carbon.
Organisations that submit their data and reflections are part of a growing creative climate movement. This contributes to a collective understanding of culture’s role in climate action – and plays a vital role in shaping a sustainable future for the arts.
JB’s Creative Climate Tools (CC Tools) badge celebrates this decision to report environmental data, and can be displayed on websites, email signatures, social media and in other digital spaces.
How to get your CC Tools badge
Once you have submitted your environmental data, you’re invited to demonstrate your meaningful commitment to climate justice and encourage others to do the same by downloading and displaying your CC Tools Badge.
If you’ve submitted your data to us and filled in the Beyond Carbon checklist, you will shortly be sent a password that allows you to download the badge from the link on this page.

HOW TO USE YOUR CC TOOLS BADGE
Your CC Tools Badge can be displayed anywhere you might have a logo – your website, your email signature, funding applications, social media and other digital spaces.
When using your badge please ensure that:
- the proportions of the badge are kept consistent (e.g when scaling, the square dimensions are not distorted)
- no effects are added to the badge (e.g. shading or outlines or colour change)
- you keep an area around the badge free from other graphic elements and text to make it clear.
- Please note, we reserve the right to request removal of the badge if you do not meet the eligibility requirements above. This badge is reissued every year.
