A Global Call uniting artists, creatives, and cultural leaders to put culture at the heart of climate action.
Goal: Mobilise 20,000+ creatives in driving recognition of culture as a key climate solution at COP30 and beyond, culminating in a Festival of Culture in 2026.

Global Call / Joint Work Decision
An international campaign urging UNFCCC governments to adopt a Joint Work Decision (JWD) on Culture and Climate Action at COP30.
Goal: Build a worldwide coalition of cultural and heritage voices to embed culture into global climate policy, influencing the Paris Agreement process and catalysing long-term cultural climate action.
2021
Season for Change
Major UK-wide festival and campaign celebrating creative responses to the climate crisis in the lead-up to COP26.
Impact: Reached over 10 million people with 250 partner organisations. Led in collaboration with Artsadmin and supported by Arts Council England.
2020
Just Green Culture Campaign
A 2020 open letter to the UK’s Secretary of State for Culture calling for a Just Green Recovery post-Covid.
Impact: Signed by nearly 500 artists and organisations, from grassroots festivals to major creative networks and artists.

Coptimism
A hopeful movement coined post-Paris Agreement (COP21), celebrating momentum and community.
Impact: Activated artists and audiences through events and the #coptimism hashtag.

A Letter to Leaders
A landmark open letter addressed to world leaders ahead of the Paris Agreement.
