Rachel Crome

Rachel joined JB as Comms Lead in March 2026. She is a communications and campaigns specialist with 15+ years’ experience working across the arts, social justice and environmental sectors. She is passionate about the role that creativity and collaboration play in shaping understanding and collective action. Her portfolio includes work for English PEN, Greenpeace UK and Amnesty International. Her most recent projects include strategic communications for high-impact arts CICs, including helping to launch Magic Acorns’ inaugural early years arts festival, and supporting Untold Narratives’ publishing programme for writers structurally marginalised by community or conflict.
